Eyelid Surgery

Eyelid surgery (technically called blepharoplasty) is a procedure to remove fat–usually along with excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. Eyelid surgery can correct drooping upper lids and puffy bags below your eyes – features that make you look older and more tired than you feel, and may even interfere with your vision. However, it won’t remove crow’s feet or other wrinkles, eliminate dark circles under your eyes, or lift sagging eyebrows.

Nose Surgery

Rhinoplasty is a generic term meaning surgery of the nose. The human nose has many parts; comprised of bone, cartilage, fat, skin and nasal lining. One or all of these areas can be addressed depending upon a patient’s deformity. All areas work in concert and when one part is altered, it affects many others.

Face Lift

A facelift (technically known as rhytidectomy) doesn’t stop this aging process, but it can turn back the clock, significantly moderating the most visible signs of aging by removing excess fat, tightening underlying muscles, and redraping the skin on your face and neck.

Neck Liposuction

Neck liposuction is performed on patients who have persistent fat deposits below the chin and in the neck area. When fat accumulates around the neck, the youthful shape of the jaw is lost. With liposuction, your plastic surgeon sculpts this area and removes fat, to restore the angular qualities of the chin and jaw.

Breast Lift

Women who are happy with their breast size but not with their firmness, shape or nipple position may choose a mastopexy or breast lift. The skin is tightened. The nipple is elevated. The pigmented excess tissue can be made smaller. All with minimum size change. In certain circumstances an implant can be placed or a small amount of tissue can be removed to enhance the outcome.

Arm Lift

An arm lift, also known as brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure to remove loose hanging skin and excess fat deposits that reside in the upper arm. These conditions are common after weight loss, or they may be related to poor skin elasticity in the upper arm.

Tummy Tuck

A tummy tuck – technically referred to as abdominoplasty – is a surgical procedure which removes excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdominal area while tightening the muscles of the abdominal wall. The procedure can dramatically improve your appearance by reducing the size of a protruding abdomen.

Thigh Lift

After body weight fluctuations, the thighs have a tendency to accumulate excess skin and fatty tissue that cannot be corrected without surgery. A medical thigh lift will remove tissue in the upper one third of the leg. The incision is confined to the groin in the leg crease. If redundant tissue extends further down the leg, an incision in the medial aspect of the thigh downward to the knee can be added. It will run downward to the knee to address the areas of excess tissue.

Liposuction

Liposuction is one of the most desired plastic surgical procedures. With one or perhaps two procedures, unwanted fat can be removed from almost any area in the body. Fatty areas that resist exercise and diet can be removed through tiny, often unnoticed incisions. A saline and epinephrine solution is injected into the areas to be suctioned.
